One week off,now I am back for jacking up myself

One week being busy with my assignment making me unable to hit the gym and train with my gym mate.Making the matter worse I even experiencing strength lose and some sort of tearing pain on my forearm due to my extensive wrong forming so right now I am going to fix my forming as well.

Well I did indeed trying to improve myself time to time but the hardest thing I faced is still the same problem where I does not like the most which is habit.Habit is something which potentially kill me off all the time because during bench press I am always losing my balance and significantly impeded my workout.Right now I am fixing this problem up for my pushups because the problem origin from my wrong forming of pushups.

Afterward noting is so special happened beside my inner beast was woke up and ready to play with me...

Form is very important, especially on bench press! Take care of your forearm and ice it if you can. Kick ass!

Haha I am pretty agree and today I did used slightly lighter weight and iced my forearm or else the pain will extend until tomorrow's dance training.
