DAY 3... Ho god, I am feeling it in my bones~
Chest:
Depressed Incline Bench Press: 50lbs 8x4, 8x2 (second time around)
Chest/Shoulders:
Seated Dip: 120lbs 8x4
Quads:
Leg Press: 245lbs (Wanted to keep my quads from hurting so bad)
Abs:
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x10 and own weight.
