Standing Bicep Curl: 3x8-1x5 (couldn't complete the last 3, arms were dead), 25lbs @ each hand
Plank: 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 2 times each side (left, front, right)
Prone Leg Curl: 4x8 @ 120lbs
I wish I had more time at the gym instead of a goddamn half an hour-45 minutes each time. >_>
