Almost give up,but I didn't...

Fixing my forming and clap pushups...eik!!Paw sored....

Today...yes it is a typical dicky Monday which I hate the most in my life and despite my previous entry mentioning about I am going to do the reconfiguration of my forming,hehe I am starting with my chest day.First of all,I did used the free weighted barbell to find out whats my mistake is.Surprisingly,my left and right paw are really imbalance at all.Seeing that my right paw are stronger than my left paw,I am fixing it up by making sure whenever I am lifting it there should always synchronized

Weight vs proper forming and MIND!!!

I dunno but have you guys ever consider this issue before?Here's how it goes,when you are lifting a weight just really reached your personal maximum weight you can handle and at the same time thinking you are standing at your brink going to fall off from the cliff(I usually thought it's heavy and I am gonna kill it) and does not realize any workout you are doing is out of your forming and posture I guess?Well that's what happen to me recently.I been realize my perception on my so-called progress

One week off,now I am back for jacking up myself

One week being busy with my assignment making me unable to hit the gym and train with my gym mate.Making the matter worse I even experiencing strength lose and some sort of tearing pain on my forearm due to my extensive wrong forming so right now I am going to fix my forming as well.
